O&Co is Alexanders Hair and Nail Salon, another place of business located on Newbury Street that is not wheelchair accessible because there are stairs leading down to the entry door.
So again, Kevin and I patiently waited outside while Kellie went in to ask if there is a wheelchair accessible entrance. Kellie came back out and told Kevin and me there is no wheelchair access.
I give Alexanders Hair and Nail Salon ZERO STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn any more Stars, they would need to install a wheelchair accessible ramp or a wheelchair lift so persons in a wheelchair can enter this store.

Hi,
I truly understand what you are saying, BUT…:) alot of the buildings in Boston are SO old, that construction would be immpossible due to the fact that A’s is downstairs, and there are alot of buildings above them, so it is possible that it is not doable due to load bearing walls and so on. JMHO :)
