Bertucci’s at Silver City Galleria

Bertucci’s is conveniently located right inside the Silver City Galleria Mall. My dad often takes me to have lunch at Bertucci’s before we go to the movies. The main entrance is open to the mall so there are no entry doors if you enter directly from inside the mall. There is another side entrance but you will need help opening this door for it is not automatic. This entrance only needs to be used when the mall is closed. The dining section is very spacious and the tables are not too close together so it is easy to manuever my wheelchair around. The table height is perfect for my wheelchair. The servers are very friendly and courteous and the menu has a variety of items and very good brick oven pizza.
The restroom is the only downfall for it is very small. It is extremely difficult for me to enter because there is not enough space for my wheelchair to make the sharp turn toward the handicap stall. My friends have to lift my chair up slightly to make the turn. The restroom has only one toilet stall which is marked as handicap accessible but really isn’t for it is way too small for my wheelchair and extremely hard to transfer from chair because there is not enough room.
I give Bertucci’s FOUR STARS. They could earn the other Star if they enlarged the restroom and the handciap stall and installed automatic doors at the side entrance.
