po-bridgewater-1.jpgMy friends and I went to the Bridgewater US Post Office to buy some stamps and do a wheelchair accessibility review. This US Post Office has a handicap parking space right next to a wheelchair accessible ramp that leads to the main entry door. The ramp has railings on both sides for added safety.

po-bridgewater-2.jpgThere are two entry doors you will need help with opening for neither is automatic but both doors are wide enough for my wheelchair.  Once inside I found that the service counter is of a good height for my wheelchair and the postal worker was very friendly and helpful.  I bought my stamps and went on my way home.
 
I give the Bridgewater US Post Office FOUR STARS for wheelchair accessibility. This Post Office can earn the Fifth Star if they install automatic entry doors.
