Sadly, I went to Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home today to express my deepest sympathy to my friends Kellie and Deraman because Derman’s beloved mom passed away. I thought I would write an accessibility review because not all Funeral Homes I’ve been to have been wheelchair accessible. The Chapman Cole & Gleason Funeral Home is very accessible. There are stairs leading to the main entry door, yet there is a nice wide wheelchair ramp along the side of the home. The entry door at top of the ramp is not automatic yet a Funeral Home employee opened the door. Once inside, it is very spacious with good lighting. The parlor is roomy and easy to maneuver my chair around to express my sympathy to the family. The restrooms are also very accessible with all ADA requirements.

I give the Chapman Cole & Gleason FOUR STARS. They could earn the Fifth Star if they installed automatic doors at top of the ramp.
