The Cheesecake Factory at Prudential Center is very wheelchair accessible. The double size entry door inside the Prudential is always wide open. Once you enter you will be greeted by a hostess who will take you to your seat. The lounge/bar has tall bar tables but also has some wheelchair accessible tables as well.
This Cheesecake Factory is a multi level restaurant that is fully wheelchair accessible for there are sloped walkways leading to all the levels of dining. Tables and booths are located in all dining areas and the tables are a perfect height for any size wheelchair. Outdoor dining is available if weather permits. Restrooms have large handicap stall and accessible sinks and meet all the ADA requirements.
Service is friendly and food is great.
