cit-front-1.jpgAs my friends and I were driving towards the water front in Plymouth today we saw a Citizens Bank so we stopped to see how wheelchair accessible this bank is. Especially since the  Eastern Bank in Plymouth is not wheelchair accessible.
 
cit-atm-2.jpgThere are two handicap parking spaces right up front. There are two entry doors you will need help with opening for neither are automatic. An ATM is located in a hallway between the first and second entry doors. The bank is very spacious inside and you will have no problems maneuvering your wheelchair inside this bank.

citizens-drive-thru.jpg There are five service windows at the customer service counter inside this bank and none of them are wheelchair accessible for they are very high, about 4 ½  feet high. There are three full service Drive Thru windows and one Drive Thru ATM located on the side of this Citizens Bank. 
 
I give this Citizens Bank THREE STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn the other Two Stars they would need to install automatic entry doors and place one of the customer service windows at a lower height that is wheelchair accessible.
