While traveling to Healthtrax Fitness Center for my workout, my friends and I decided to stop at Dunkin Donuts for a cup of our morning coffee caffeine fix:>) I was very pleased to find this Dunkin Donuts fully wheelchair accessible.

This Dunkin Donuts has an attached Subway sandwich shop, which is owned by the same person. There are plenty of handicap parking spaces in front of the building; my friends opened the entry doors for me because they are not automatic, but are wide enough for my wheelchair to fit through with ease. The place is very busy; so even if I was alone I’m sure that an employee or customer would open the doors for me.

Inside is very spacious with plenty of room to maneuver your chair; one section has a bar-style countertop with stools; another section by the windows has plenty of tables that are all of a good height for me to sit in my chair; and another section has plenty of tables again all being of a good height for me to sit in my chair.

The counter where I placed my order is perfect; it is specifically for wheelchair-seated customers and of a perfect height. Service was quick and my coffee was just the way I like it.

Restrooms are awesome, being spacious, wheelchair accessible and fully ADA compliant; the sink, soap and hand towels are within my reach.

I give Dunkin Donuts Globe Street in Fall River FOUR STARS for wheelchair accessibility. They can earn the Fifth Star by simply installing automatic entry doors.
