Johnny Rockets, located in Terminal “C” of Logan International Airport is not wheelchair accessible.
The customer service counter, where you place and pay for your food order, is NOT wheelchair accessible; it is way too high for a person to reach from a wheelchair.
The counter where you can eat your meal at is NOT wheelchair accessible. It is way too high for a wheelchair. Even if the counter was at a wheelchair accessible height, a wheeler wouldn’t be able to access it because the tall stool/chairs are permanently bolted to the floor.
There are wheelchair accessible tables in the main food court.
I give Johnny Rockets ZERO STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order for Johnny Rockets to earn any Stars they would need to: lower a section of the customer service counter where you place your food order to a wheelchair accessible height and lower a section of the counter, where you can eat your meal to a wheelchair accessible height; enable some of the bolted stool/ chairs to be removable so a wheelchair can fit at this counter.
