Kenny & Company of The Traveling Wheelchair is pleased to announce a ‘Partnership on Accessibility’ with Caitlin “Lulu” Wood and Toshio Meronek, best friends and founders of Where’s Lulu.

Where’s Lulu is a free online community where people with disabilities can get accurate information on accessibility, and provide that information to other users by reviewing their favorite (or least favorite) local businesses.

Where’s Lulu is currently in Portland, Oregon and California’s Bay Area and now in BOSTON.

Caitlin, a disabled woman and disability advocate and Toshio, a writer and a disability ally and Kenny & Company have united MISSIONS in which we both provide honest and accurate accessibility reviews hoping to increase accessibility, visibility and respect for persons with disabilities.

Where’s Lulu will post a synopsis of some of our Boston and Cambridge reviews with links to our full review. Where’s Lulu will also post MORE reviews of places in Boston and Cambridge we have not yet visited.

We feel it is a great opportunity to EXPAND upon real and accurate wheelchair accessibility reviews of establishments in the Boston and Cambridge area; which will help persons with disabilities know what is really wheelchair accessible and what is not; and highlight the importance of all people being treated with dignity and respect
