kohls-store-pic.jpgI went to Kohl’s on Monday to shop for a gym bag for me to bring to Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center and was happy to see that Kohl’s is fully wheelchair accessible. I was very excited for it was my first day going to Healthtrax gym after joining last week and Kohl’s is right near the gym.

kohls-store-2.jpgThere are two entrances at this Kohl’s. The entrance on the left does not have automatic doors but the entrance on the right that is marked as handicap accessible does have automatic doors so entering is easy. The store is very spacious and you will have no problem wheeling throughout the store for all the aisles are wide and not cluttered with displays. Sales employees are stationed in every department and I found they were very helpful.

I found a great deal on a gym bag. It was ‘buy one and get one free’.  I bought it and gave the extra gym bag to my roommate.  Cashing out at the register is easy for the cashier counter is at a perfect height for my wheelchair.
