While Christmas shopping with my mom, Ric and Josh at Village Landing Marketplace in Plymouth, we came upon a shop called Lizzy Tish’s. We couldn’t resist going inside because my family has always called Liz, my cousin Lizzy Tish.

The brick sloped walkway in front is a little steep and would be difficult to wheel up without help; but it’s better than a step. The entry door is not automatic so Josh held the door open while Ric pushed my chair inside.

Inside are many unique nautical gift and home items that are great gifts for the holidays. I picked out a  seashell ornament as a gift for Liz, my cousin. I can’t wait to tell her I bought it at a store called Lizzy Tish!The cashier counter is of an accessible height; the saleswoman is very kind, helpful and friendly.

I give Lizzy Tish’s FOUR STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn the Fifth Star they would need to install an automatic entry door so a person in a wheelchair can enter independently; and if possible lessen the steepness of the sloped entry.
