Another gas station with a convenience store in downtown of my hometown of Middleborough is the Middleoro Mobil & Stop n Save. It is also wheelchair accessible with only a few obstacles.
Oddly, there are NO handicap parking spaces in the parking lot. A cement sloped walkway leads to the sidewalk in front of the entry door. You will need help with opening the entry door for it is not automatic.
Inside is spacious; the aisles are wide and easy to maneuver my chair. The cashier counter is too high and I am unable to reach. Ric helped me pay for my purchase. The gas pumps do not have a ‘disability call button’ for disabled to get help with pumping gas as some other stations have.
I give the Middleoro Mobil & Stop n Save in Middleborough TWO STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn the other Three Stars, they would need to designate a handicap parking space in the parking lot; install an automatic entry door so a wheeler can enter independently; lower a section of the cashier counter to a wheelchair accessible height; and place a ‘disability call button’ on the gas pumps so a disabled person can get needed assistance pumping their gas.

The owner of stop n save Middleborough MA dose not care but money.He hires the employees who dose not even have the social security numbers.He dose not even have payroll account for this business.He steels payroll taxes and all other Government taxes.stop n save buy cigars and all other tobacco related items from unlicensed vendors who got from other states and not paying government taxes required by massachusetts depatment of revenue.Massachusetts department of revenue should audit all stop n save locations in massachusetts.I am requesting to Government of Massachusetts to take actions against the stop n save owner.
