As I was shopping for the holiday season there were some things that I needed to get at the Office Depot and to my surprise it was nice to see that overall this store is very wheelchair accessible. Parking is not a problem for there are plenty of handicap parking spaces in the parking lot which are close to the main entry door.
The entry doors are double sliding automatic doors and open as you approach the entrance of this store. These are my favorite kind of entry automatic doors for there is no need to push a button and independent access for a wheeler is very easy.
The aisles are all spacious with no obstacles or boxes piled up as I have been noticing many of the other stores have due to the holiday season. The items for sale are all well organized. The employees were very nice in bringing me to all the locations of items as I was going down my list of things needed.
The restroom is fully wheelchair accessible and have all the features needed to pass ADA requirements. When cashing out I had no problem with reaching the cashier counter for the height was perfect. Also, the ATM/Credit Card Transaction Machine is close enough for a wheeler to reach it if you wish to make your purchase with a credit card or ATM/Debit card.
I will definitely be back to the Office Depot to get my office supplies due to excellent wheelchair accessibility and great customer service.
