While shopping at Wareham Crossing with my Aunt Nancy, Jowanna and Tony, we stopped at Old Navy to see their new spring apparel and accessories on sale. I was really impressed with the wheelchair accessibility of this Old Navy.

There are two handicap parking spaces right in the front of the Old Navy entrance with a direct sloped access to the sidewalk. The main entry doors are double sliding automatic doors, which I love. These doors make wheelchair access very easy for the doors slide wide open as soon as you approach.

The store is spacious and all the aisles are wide and easy to maneuver a wheelchair around. I saw some cool looking drink holders and thought what a great container one would make to hold my homemade sugar and water nectar for my hummingbirds. I love all kind of birds especially Hummingbirds and Bluebirds which you can read about by clicking on  Hummingbirds on my Deck and Access Bluebirds.

I also saw a tee shirt that I really liked too and was easily able to try it on for size in one of the two fitting rooms that are spacious and wheelchair accessible.

The restrooms are spacious, wheelchair accessible and fully ADA compliant. The faucet, soap and towel dispenser are easily in my reach as well.

The cashier counter is of a perfect wheelchair accessible height and the cashier was very courteous, kind and helpful. Before leaving we took a picture of us with the Old Navy family. I especially like the way my friend Tony has the Old navy dog looking over his shoulder.

I give Old Navy FIVE STARS for wheelchair accessibility. The Old Navy employees deserve FIVE STARS for their kindness and helpfulness.
