Riveria Beach Resort was the next place my mom and aunt visited to inquire about a wheelchair accessible room. There were handicap parking spaces in the main parking lot right up front. The main entry door had a ramp but the door was not automatic. Once inside the lobby, there was a step leadning to the area where the front desk was located.
My mom asked a woman at the desk if the resort had a wheelchair accessible room and the woman said that they had no rooms that were wheelchair accessible at all! My mom told me that the woman didn’t even sound sorry that they didn’t have a wheelchair accessible room.
Kenny and Company give Riviera Beach Resort ZERO STARS. In order to earn any more stars they would need to make the area in the lobby leading to the main desk accessible and convert one of their rooms to a wheelchair accessible room that had a wheelchair accessible bathroom with a wheelchair accessible roll in shower stall.
