We drove by the Sea Crest Ocean Front Resort when we were driving to Old Silver Beach today so we decided to stop in and ask if they had a wheelchair accessible room. The resort looked absolutely beautiful and was situated right on a beautiful private beach.
There are handicap parking spaces right up front. The walk in front of the entry door is wheelchair accessible. The entry door is not automatic so my friends opened it for me. The lobby is very pretty and very spacious so it’s easy to maneuver my wheelchair around.
My friends and I asked a woman at the front desk if they had a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower. We were told that the hotel did have a wheelchair accessible room but it didn’t have a roll in shower. We didn’t bother to assess the rest of the hotel since it didn’t have a fully equipped wheelchair accessible room.
I give the Sea Crest Ocean Front Resort ZERO STARS. They could earn more stars if they remodeled at least one room so it was fully wheelchair accessible and had a wheelchair accessible bathroom with a roll in shower.

Hi Kenny,
It’ pretty tough to advocate for better access @ Post offices. The regulations do need to be changed, I have had difficulty at a few post offices here in Western Mass. You are a force to be reconed with, great job! I hope I can meet you some time.
