Seaview Beach is another beautiful beach on the Nantucket sound located on South Shore Drive. The fee to park in the parking lot at the beach is $12 on weekdays and $15 on weekends. They do offer weekly and annual rates. They do not offer any free or discount parking for the disabled with a handicap placard. There are handicap parking spaces in the front of the parking lot.
The Seaview Beach is not at all wheelchair accessible. There are steps with a railing that lead from the parking lot to the beach. There is no ramp or slope that a person in a wheelchair could access the beach. It’s a shame that it is not accessible for it is a beautiful beach with nice white sand.
Kenny and Company gives Seaview Beach ZERO STARS. In order to earn any more Stars, they need to build a ramp leading to the beach and offer discounted or free parking for the disabled. Our Massachusetts State Beaches and Parks do offer free parking to the disabled.
