Sedell’s Pharmacy is the closest pharmacy to my home and I’ve had a few prescriptions filled here but it is not very wheelchair accessible. Sedell’s recently moved to a brand new building so it really surprises me that they are not more accessible. The pharmacy staff are very nice, courteous and helpful. There is a handicap parking space right in front of the main entry doors.
There are two entry doors you will need help with opening because they are not automatic. Most of the aisles are wide enough for my wheelchair but a lot of the aisles are cluttered with displays that are hard to get my chair around. There is a home health section that has many home health specialty items to choose from in the rear of the store. They also have a good selection of over the counter items, food, cosmetics, office supplies, small household appliances , toys, outdoor furniture, and many other items and they accept competitor’s coupons.
I give Sedell’s THREE STARS for accessibility. They could earn the other Two Stars if they installed automatic doors and moved the cluttered displays out of the aisles so a wheelchair can get down aisles with no problems.
