ice-cream-parlor-ramp-and-door.jpgShinetti’s Ice Cream is one of my favorite places to visit when I go to Plymouth. It is located right across the street from the historic Plymouth Harbor and it’s the only Ice Cream shop in Plymouth that is open all year round. It has a wide cement wheelchair accessible ramp to the entry door. The entry door is not automatic and is kind of narrow and my wheelchair barely fits in but manages.

ice-cream.jpgThe shop is small inside but has plenty of room for my wheelchair. It has a few tables but is really just a place to buy an ice cream to walk or wheel around with. All of the staff who work there are very friendly and always offers me different samples of ice cream to try. Tiffany, a friend of my roommate Josh used to work there and she was always very nice to me.

I give Shinetti’s Ice Cream THREE STARS. To earn the other Two Stars they would need to widen their entry door and install an automatic door opener.
