While driving to
Wild Birds Unlimited in Easton to get some mealworms for
Baby Bluebirds in my Yard, my friends and I saw Sing Yee, a Chinese Restaurantin South Easton ; it is NOT wheelchair accessible because it has steps leading to the main entry door. Ric went inside to ask if there is a wheelchair accessible entrance but was told there is none.
Ric told me the six tables in the dining room are all wheelchair accessible and of a good height. What a shame we all thought. Sing Yee, established in 1983 was voted ‘Best Chinese Food’ by the people in the Easton area in 2001. They use only vegetable Canola Oil and have a variety of choices of Mandarin & Cantonese Cuisines and American & Chinese Cuisine. Sing Yee does not deliver. Take-Out, Eat-In and catering is available.
Kenny & Co give Sing Yee ZERO STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn any Stars, they would first need to build a ramp leading to the entry door so all persons have equal access.
