My friends and I visited The Cranberry House in Plymouth and found it to be partially wheelchair accessible. The Cranberry House is located right on the Historic Plymouth Harbor. We easily found a handicap parking space that was located right next to the building on the side street that leads to the pier. The entry door is nice and wide and easily fits my wheelchair but it is not automatic so Tony, my friend held the door open for me.
The Cranberry House is a gift shop and there are cranberry candles, cranberry candy, cranberry food and other gifts of all kind. I found it very difficult to wheel my wheelchair throughout this store because it is very crowded and there is not enough room between the displays of merchandise for sale. I could not get to see all the merchandise this store has for sale. My friends and I purchased some fresh cranberries so we could bake some cranberry bread and I found the check out counter to be a perfect height for me to complete my transaction. The employee working here was also very helpful and kind.
I give The Cranberry House THREE STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn the other Two Stars, they would need to install an automatic entry door and make more space between the displays of merchandise so a person in a wheelchair can fit their wheelchair between the displays and view all the merchandise for sale.

We vacation in Plymouth every summer staying at Pilgrim Sands and we often drive up for a day just to have breakfast at the Water Street Cafe……and stop at the Cranberry House… love your store and the area… thank you so much for a great time!
