Last week my friends and I stopped at a U.S. Post Office that is conveniently located at the Prudential Center in Boston. It is a full service U.S. Post Office and is very wheelchair accessible. I found it very spacious and easy for me to maneuver my wheelchair inside this Post Office. A wheelchair accessible self service desk is located here and is a perfect height for me in my wheelchair.
This U.S. Post Office has 3 customer service windows and one is wheelchair accessible and a perfect height for me to complete my postal business. Postal workers at this Post Office were very friendly and helpful to me as well. Two mail slots are located on the wall and are reachable for me to place a letter in to mail.
I love to see U.S. Post Offices that are fully wheelchair accessible especially since there are some U.S. Post Offices that I can’t even get into. I believe that all U.S. Post Offices should have full access to persons in wheelchairs!
