While shopping at Mashpee Commons, my mom, Ric, Justin and I stopped at Vineyard Vines to look for some new fall clothes. Vineyard Vines sells outstanding quality colorful fun clothing and accessories and offers great customer service. Vineyard Vines is a very wheelchair friendly and accessible place to shop.

There are plenty of handicap parking spaces located in the Mashpee Commons parking lot close to the entrance. The entry doors were wide open and easy to enter due to the nice weather; yet the doors are normally closed and not automatic. The two sales girls were friendly, courteous and helpful. Even though the store is small there is plenty of space for my wheelchair to get around all the displays and all items are easy for me to view. If you need help reaching an item, the sales people will gladly assist.

Vineyard Vines clothing and accessories remind me of Cape Cod. I love Cape Cod and love all the playful seaside prints such as whales, seashells, lighthouses etc. I picked out some new long sleeve shirts, pajamas and a fun navy tee shirt with a pink whale on the front with the saying “I Love Cape Cod” :-) The dressing room is spacious and easy for me to fit my wheelchair inside. The cashier counter is a little too high for me to reach.

If you like fun and colorful clothing made of top quality, I highly recommend shopping at Vineyard Vines.

Vineyard Vines at Mashpee Commons deserve FOUR STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn the Fifth Star they would need to install automatic entry doors so a customer in a wheelchair can enter and exit independently; and lower the cashier counter to an accessible height. Vineyard Vines deserve FIVE STARS for great customer service.
