As my mom, Kellie, Kevin and I were strolling through   Village Landing Marketplace in Plymouth  we came upon Whimsical Wishes. My mom and Kellie wanted to go inside to see all the nice coastal decorations they have for sale and I was happy to go with them.

There are two entry doors; the door located on side of the parking lot of the marketplace is not accessible for it has a 4 inch lip. Don’t worry because there is an wheelchair accessible door on the other side inside the marketplace. There is a small sloped brick walkway leading to this entry door. It is not automatic so Kellie held the door open while Kevin pushed my wheelchair inside

The store is small but I had plenty of room to fit my chair inside here. The female employee working here was very helpful, kind and friendly. They have wonderful coastal decorations for your home; some are made from seashells. My mom bought me two little blonde mermaids to place on my shelf in my bathroom.

The cashier countertop is not wheelchair accessible for it is too high. The nice employee came to the other side to hand me my bag with the two mermaids.

I give Whimsical Wishes FOUR STARS for wheelchair accessibility. In order to earn the Fifth Star they would need to install an automatic entry door so a customer in a wheelchair can enter independently and lower the cashier countertop to a wheelchair accessible height.
